Note: This position will be based in either Shepparton, Seymour, or Wallan on either a full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) basis.
The Opportunity:
As our next Strategic Coordinator (Child and Family Services Alliance), you will have the rewarding opportunity to help us achieve our goals and drive the strategic direction of the Alliance Executive and Operational Group. You will have a focus on leading service delivery planning and advocacy across the Goulburn catchment, ensuring the needs of children and families are met with excellence and compassion and, in turn, enhancing the overall well-being of our communities.
What We Need From You:
To be considered for this position, you’ll hold a tertiary qualification (i.e. Diploma or Bachelors Degree) in Community Development, Social Work, Community Services, Local Government, Health Promotion, or a related industry. You should also have demonstrated prior experience in a similar role within a healthcare, community services and/or NFP environment. If you have relevant experience and are still in the process of finalising your studies, we still want to hear from you!
Additional requirements include:
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to interact with a wide range of stakeholders effectively
- An understanding of the Victorian Human Services Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and Child Safe Standards
- Experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of service coordination improvement projects
